Discovery Call
Let's get to know each other. We'll ask you to complete a tiny pre-call questionnaire. Then we hop on a call to discuss your "non-negotiables" and your "nice-to-haves". We don't talk about colours yet, we talk about conversions.
Pitch Deck
Based on our chat, we build a Pitch Deck outlining the sitemap, timeline, deliverables and a mood board. This ensures we are on the same page before a single line of code is written.
Onboarding
We take care of the "boring but crucial" stuff. We'll collect all assets, set up your hosting, SSL certificates and brand new email addresses. We just need a signed contract and initial project deposit from you so we're ready to build on solid ground.
Design
We design high-fidelity mockups of your key pages providing you with timely updates via Notion or WhatsApp. We go through set rounds of revisions to perfect the look over the period of 3 to 4 weeks. This is your chance to provide feedback before the heavy lifting begins.
Development
We build, we break, we come out stronger. We translate the design into clean, responsive code. We integrate your CMS, animations, forms, payment gateways and other custom functionalities. Conduct A/B Testing and ensure responsiveness across all devices. We don't just build it, we make sure it loads lightning-fast.
Launch Day
We deploy the site to your domain, do final testing, and monitor everything in real-time. We'll also provide a personalized video tutorial, so you know exactly how to manage your new site. Post launch, we provide 60 days support and maintenance. It's time for you to show off.
